Our loan matching service, Maliup.co.za does not set any fees for using funds. The service operates transparently. We do not take any interest or fees. Our service is free of charge to use.

Your lender outlines the fees for late payments in your agreement. Lenders in South Africa set their own interest rates and penalties for failure to pay.

It is important to note that all financial relationships are between you and your lender, not Maliup.co.za. We are not a lender and never act as such. As a website, we only match borrowers and financial entities by offering a selection of lenders that provide cash loans up to R350000 for a period of 120 days.

The financial institution will determine its own policies regarding loan provision and payment. The borrower agrees to the terms online directly on the lender’s website. You may choose to accept or decline the terms offered in the loan terms. Your agreement details the loan amount, repayment period, daily interest rate, fees, and penalties.

Maliup.co.za cannot access your loan agreements. If you have questions regarding your loan agreement or repayment, contact your financial institution directly through the means of communications detailed on their website.

Responsible Lending Policy

Maliup.co.za is a platform that connects customers with potential lenders. While we strive to ensure that the information presented on our website is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee this nor are we responsible for any decision taken based on the information. Each lender has its own lending criteria, which may or may not suit your current financial situation.

Maximum Repayment Periods and Interest Rates

The loans offered on this website through ADSKI OÜ have a minimum repayment period of 120 days (four months) and a maximum of 180 days (six months). Our repayment periods are typically 120 days. Rates vary from 0% to 36%. Interest rates vary from lender to lender. Your situation and credit score will affect the rates offered to you."

Debt Collection Policy

Most lenders will contact you through regular mail, email, or phone to change your payment terms. Failure to pay may result in interest accruals and/or increases and may affect your credit score. Continued failing to pay may result in the lender transferring your debt to a collection agency, which will lead to additional fees.

Nonpayment Implications

If you cannot repay on time, your lender may start the collection process as per the loan agreement. Your lender will often contact you to arrange an alternative repayment schedule. This could result in additional fees or interest. Lenders also have an option to file a lawsuit against you. Consider contacting your lender before missing a payment to find out what collection policy they have and discuss your repayment options.

Loan Extension Policy

Maliup.co.za does not recommend extending your loan. If you feel that you cannot repay your loan on time, then we strongly suggest you not taking it and recommend that you seek independent financial advice. However, should you decide that an extension is necessary, please discuss this option with your lender. For more information about your lender’s process and policy regarding nonpayment, please review the terms in your loan agreement.

Extension Policy

Maliup.co.za does not encourage the prolongation of your loan. If you anticipate not being able to repay your loan in time, we highly suggest not taking it and recommend that you seek impartial financial guidance. If you decide that an extension is needed, please discuss this with your lender.
